UPDATE: all lanes open. Collision on Latigo Canyon causes lane closures

UPDATE – All lanes of PCH are open following earlier closure at Latigo Cyn.

Both eastbound lanes and one westbound lane of PCH are closed at Latigo Canyon due to traffic collision. No injuries were reported.
